Watch: Two Of The World’s Largest Hydraulic Cranes Successfully Delivered
At the end of August, two of the world’s largest hydraulic cranes were delivered to Belgium, Antwerp and Ghent. The delivery of two Mantsinen 300 cranes weighed nearly 800 000 kg. The cranes were transported from Finland fully mounted and ready for operation by using a special ro-ro vessel.
Our customers, 5de Havendok and Ghent Transport and Stevedoring, are pioneers who re-define the handling methods for large oceangoing vessels. With Mantsinen 300 they challenge the traditional wire rope cranes operators by providing the fastest work cycle and best productivity in its class.
Mantsinen 300 is specifically designed for bulk material handling up to Panamax size vessels. Despite its size Mantsinen 300 operates as quickly and accurately as smaller material handling machines.
Mantsinen 300 is equipped with a new patented next generation HybriLift® energy saving system which allows up to 50% energy savings.
