The world’s largest cruise ship, Harmony of the Sea, belonging to Royal Caribbean’s Oasis class of ships, has been delivered.
Following 32 months of construction at the STX France shipyard involving thousands of shipyard employees, sub-contractors and suppliers, the world’s largest and most innovative cruise ship is now home to 2,100 crew members from 77 different nationalities.
Intricately built with more than 500,000 individual parts, Harmony measures 362 meters (1,188 feet), nearly four football (soccer) fields long, and weighs 226,963 gross registered tons.
