  4. Its a very good article about cooking at Sea. Here I would like to make a small addition that Marine Cooking has two segments where one segment is basically into training and employing people for the Merchant, Tanker, Cargo and Frigid. There’s another big segment which is Cruise Line Industry which also hires a huge number of chefs each year. And this career as a chef on Cruise is more enterprising and also new hires can learn a lot working under European Chefs. The food is elaborate Five Star Approach and may be more. Some them are even categorised as Luxury Cruise Ships as the food and Service is of very high class.
Culinary Academy of India Hyderabad is the first Culinary Institute which has started simulated Cruise Galley training way back in 2002 and till date has placed almost 7,000 young Indian’s in Europe and America.
