The latest edition of the Zulu Mass is manufactured by Conoship International, according to the CEO of Zulu Associates, Antoon Van Coillie. According to him, the team is thrilled to be collaborating with Conoship International because they both have a passionate interest in innovation.

Per Van Coillie, the primary energy sources for the ship’s operation will be provided by modular energy containers that run on batteries or hydrogen-based power systems.

He added that Belgium is at the forefront of marine innovation, and it has had a proper legal framework for pilot projects that feature unmanned vessels in the North Sea since 2021 (July).
