Boxpark, London: The First Shipping Container Mall in the World

Shipping containers as part of residential and commercial building architectural is the new fashion trend. Old recycled shipping containers have received tremendous popularity in the past few years, wherein they have been used for applications such as coffee shops, art galleries, pop-up stores etc.

However, Boxpark, London has taken the concept of shipping containers architecture to all new different level. Billed as the first shipping container mall in the world, the Boxpark holds around 60 crates belonging to several international brands.

Boxpark converts old shipping containers to functioning spaces. Though the art and concept might not be new the world, the Boxpark reflects a level of beaming creativity and class.
