Watch: Two Cruise Ships Collide At Mexico Port, Video Goes Viral
Two cruise ships of Carnival Corp collided on Friday in the port of Mexico’s Caribbean island of Cozumel.
The accident resulted in damage to the stern of one of the vessels. There are no reports of any major injury.
According to the statement issued by the company, “The Carnival Glory cruise ship was manoeuvring to the dock when it made contact with Carnival Legend which was already alongside. We are assessing the damage but there are no issues that impact the seaworthiness of either ship.”
Carnival Glory then returned to port in New Orleans
