Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced its recent attack on an American ship carrying ammunition for U.S Naval vessels.

This was a part of Iran’s fifth phase of Operation True Promise 4, attacking American vessels across the region.

The URGC also stated that 4 ballistic missiles and 12 drones struck the American naval base in the Abdullah Al-Mubarak region of Kuwait.

The American vessel was attacked at the Jebel Ali anchorage and is now out of service due to extensive damage from the explosions.

Additionally, an MST-Class Combatant Support Ship, which was on a mission to refuel U.S naval vessels in the Indian Ocean, was hit by Iranian Qadr 380 missiles.

“The fighters of the Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy, following the fighters of the aerospace field, will keep the gates of hell open to the enemy units,” it added.

On the other hand, U.S President Donald Trump issued another warning to Iran after the death of the Islamic Republic’s Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, after IRGV vowed to punish those responsible for the murders of their leader.

Trump added that if Iran resorted to retaliatory strikes, it would be met with a “force never seen before.”
