One of the most interesting areas on a cargo ship is it’s engine room. It’s a complex yet interesting arrangment of machines and piping systems, which are distributed across multiple levels.
Technically, civialians are not allowed on board a working cargo ship, unless you’re family or friend of a crew working on board (Even that requires serveral permissions from higher authorities).
