By registering for and participating in this examination/event, the candidate agrees to the following terms and conditions set forth by Marine Insight:

1. Acceptance of Terms
   Submission of the registration form implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Once accepted, all official communication will be made via the registered email address only.
   
   
2. Communication
   Marine Insight will contact shortlisted or eligible candidates through email regarding exam details, instructions, results, and prize distribution. Candidates are responsible for ensuring that their email address is valid and regularly monitored.
   
   
3. Mode of Examination
   • The examination will be conducted online.
   • Candidates must ensure a stable internet connection and suitable device during the exam.
   • Marine Insight will not be responsible for disruptions caused due to technical issues at the candidate’s end.
     
     
4. Exam Schedule
   • The date and time of the examination will be decided by Marine Insight and communicated in advance.
   • No requests for rescheduling or re-examination will be entertained.
   • Marine Insight reserves the right to reschedule the examination by providing notification to the registered participants.
     
     
5. Fair Conduct & Integrity
   • Marine Insight reserves the absolute right to disqualify or remove any candidate if there is any suspicion, evidence, or indication of cheating, malpractice, impersonation, or unfair means.
   • Such decisions shall be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
     
     
6. Results & Announcements
   • Examination results will be evaluated and announced solely by Marine Insight.
   • The decision of Marine Insight regarding scores, rankings, and winners shall be final.
     
     
7. Prize Pool
   • The prize pool includes a combination of cash prizes and Marine Insight (MI) learning products, such as courses, ebooks, or subscriptions.
   • The breakup, nature, and distribution of prizes shall be decided by Marine Insight and may be subject to change without prior notice.
   • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for alternatives unless explicitly stated.
     
     
8. Eligibility & Verification
   • Marine Insight reserves the right to verify candidate details at any stage.
   • Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate disqualification.
     
     
9. Modification of Terms
   Marine Insight reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued participation implies acceptance of such changes.
