The entire purchase process, including sending the eBook after purchase, is fully automated. Most buyers receive, download, and access their eBook immediately after completing their purchase. However, in rare cases, the download email may be delayed due to technical issues, network problems, or being diverted to the spam folder due to firewall/security settings of the recipient.
Since certain factors are beyond our control, we request a response time of 4-6 hours for support inquiries. During high-demand periods or weekends, responses may take 24-48 hours.
