Nitze is part of the George H.W. Bush Carrier strike Group (CSG).
USS Nitze (DDG 94) arrived at Gölcük Naval Base, Türkiye, for a scheduled port visit on February 3, 2023.
The Navy offers a unique opportunity to strengthen the NATO alliance between the U.S. and Türkiye.
