First Methanol Container Ship to Visit The U.S Named At the Port of Los Angeles
The first green cargo vessel to visit the United States was christened at the Port of Los Angeles, on August 27, 2024.
The ship was named Alette Maersk after Alette Maersk Mc-Kinney Sørensen, a daughter of the company’s founding family.
