Watch: Terrifying Footage Of North Sea Oil Rig Swaying In Massive Storm

Offshore worker James Eaton recorded this terrifying footage of huge waves crashing against a swaying oil rig, as a severe storm hits the North Sea.

The footage of the Borgholm Dolphin installation was captured from the nearby Lomond Platform, around 145 miles east of Aberdeen.

The oil rig weighs almost 15,000 gross tonnes and is part of the larger Dolphin Drilling fleet, which also includes rigs off the coast of Norway.
