Watch: Part Of Under Construction Vessel Sinks During Relocation
A part of a container ship under construction sank when it was being relocated from one dry dock to another at Kaohsiung Ship Yard, Taiwan.
Though the reason for the accident is not yet known, it seems a major failure of planning and management.
