Watch: Abu Dhabi Welcomes The World’s First Special Dynamic-Positioning Shallow-Water Exploration Vessel

A ceremony was reportedly conducted on Friday to welcome and celebrate the arrival of the world’s first-ever large, special, and dynamic-positioning shallow-water vessel dubbed the Bureau of Geophysical Prospecting Inc. (BGP) Innovator. The venue was the port of Abu Dhabi. Per industry insiders, the explorer vessel BGP Innovator boasts a shallow draft as the design fills the gap of advanced oil exploration equipment in shallow waters.
