Disabled Research Ship Towed With A Tug To Kaohsiung

A research ship named the New Ocean Researcher 1 experienced an unforeseen power loss on 13 Nov in the South China Sea off the northwest of Luzon, during research work.

A tug named Salvage Rigger was assigned, and the research vessel was towed to Kaohsiung, reached there on 18 Nov.
