The steel cutting ceremony of “Seven Seas Splendor”, the second ultra-luxury cruise ship which Fincantieri will build for Regent Seven Seas Cruises, a brand of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, took place today at Fincantieri’s shipyard in Ancona.
