APSEZ, among India’s largest private port developers and operators and part of the Adani Group, has announced that its Mundra Port achieved a new high in container operations.
Wärtsilä has won an order for two new 8000m3 trailing suction hopper dredgers being built for the Adani group.
Adani Ports & SEZ Ltd (APSEZL), part of the Adani Group, said it will expand its existing terminal Adani International Container Terminal Private Limited (AICTPL) at its flagship Mundra port.
Adani Ports & SEZ Ltd, India’s largest port developer and part of Adani Group, on 4th December said that its Mundra Port successfully berthed the largest bulk carrier to call at any port on the west coast of India, thereby making history in the Indian maritime sector.
The Australian government on 28th July, approved Indian firm Adani Mining Pty Ltd’s controversial A$16.5 billion ($15.5 billion) Carmichael coal and rail project in Queensland, subject to strict conditions to protect groundwater.
