1. Navigating the digital Shift in Shipping

2. What is expected from a Next-Gen Shipping Professional ?
- During the session, speakers emphasized essential tech skills like automation and data analysis for future maritime professionals. They discussed the role of education in fostering adaptable learning and the importance of balancing tech with human elements like leadership. Additionally, they highlighted soft skills such as communication and adaptability for global collaboration.
- Furthermore, the panel stressed the significance of sustainability and offered advice on career navigation and personal branding. They also addressed mental health at sea and the potential for an entrepreneurial mindset. Overall, the session provided insights into the evolving maritime industry and the skills needed for success.
