Shipping Corporation Of India’s Profit Rises 136.8% To INR 311.5 Crore
Disinvestment-oriented Shipping Corporation of India on Monday declared a 136.78% rise in consolidated profit to Rs 311.54 crore. This was for the quarter that ended on 31 December last year.
The enterprise had posted a consolidated profit of Rs 131.57 crore during the corresponding quarter of the preceding financial year.
Its cumulative income from October to December 2021 rose to Rs 1,456.23 crore from Rs 872.82 crore during the year-ago period, the filing mentioned.
The consolidated expenses rose from Rs 765.42 crore to Rs 1,141.87 crore a year ago.
