Coast Guard’s HC-130 Hercules aircraft from Clearwater discovered the vessel. It then dropped a radio to the individuals on the vessel to establish communications.

The vessel, an Offshore Tug/Supply Ship, was left adrift. The vessel owners are currently arranging for a commercial salvage, the Coast Guard reported.

No one suffered any injuries.
