ONE Thailand Receives “2018 Best Container Liner Award” By TNSC
Ocean Network Express (“ONE”) Thailand has been recognized as the recipient of the 2018 Best Container Liner Award sponsored by the Thai National Shippers’ Council (TNSC). The award ceremony was held at Dusit Thani Hotel on Tuesday, 4 December 2018. Mr. Kiyoshi Tokonami, Managing Director of ONE Thailand received the awards from Miss Ghayapad Tantipipatpong, Chairman of TNSC.
The award is given to container liners that are recognized as the best in each route by Thai exporters who evaluate the liners. Comprehensive evaluations were done based on the criteria of liner service such as Schedule Frequency, Transit Time, On-Time Delivery, Container Condition, Equipment Availability, Sales & Customer Service and Accurate Documentation – for the purpose of improving the service quality of container liners.
ONE Thailand received the awards for the service route, Thailand-Middle East Asia and Indian Subcontinent.
Encouraged by this award, ONE will continue to achieve excellence in many areas to meet and exceed the diversified needs and expectations of its valuable customers.
