Luxury Cruise Ganga Vilas With Swiss Tourists Reaches UP’s Ghazipur

The luxury Cruise Ganga Vilas with Swiss tourists reached UP’s Ghazipur on Saturday. Tourists will stay here tonight and visit renowned places, including the mausoleum of Lord Cornwallis. The cruise is going to reach Varanasi on 8 January.

India’s PM, Narendra Modi, is supposed to flag off the world’s longest river cruise vessel on 13 January. The cruise is expected to sail from UP’s Varanasi and end in Assam’s Dibrugarh. The journey will cover 3,200 km in 50 days and pass via 27 river systems in Bangladesh and India.

The Ganga Vilas cruise is expected to depart from Varanasi and reach Patna on its eighth day after stopping in Ghazipur, Buxar, and Ramnagar.

The ship will then set sail for Kolkata, where it will reach on day 20 via Murshidabad and Farakka.
