Iranian Navy Officer Suffers A Heart Attack, Evacuated By Indian Navy
An ALH helicopter belonging to the Indian Navy was dispatched to help an officer associated with the Iranian Navy. Officials reported that he reportedly suffered a cardiac attack on a vessel sailing off Mumbai.
At about 8.30 am, the Iranian Navy called for prompt medical evacuation of the Navy officer who reportedly suffered a cardiac arrest on the IRI Ship named Makara off the coast of Mumbai.
A helicopter that belonged to the Indian Navy from INS Shikra flew to the vessel and evacuated the patient along with two attendants. They were airlifted directly to the Navy’s hospital, INHS Asvini, around 9.50 am, in less than 90 minutes. The officer reportedly admitted him for treatment.
