The ‘Release the Sea’ campaign is a relay campaign prepared by the Korea Coast Guard to share the seriousness of the ever-increasing marine pollution ahead of the peak season for sea use and to expand public participation to protect the marine environment.

Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering (DSME), which produces ships and various marine products, is conducting business based on the sea. The sea and DSME are inextricably linked. President Lee Seong-Geun said, “We will take the lead in fulfilling the remaining eight promises to create a clean sea.” “Not only that, but we also prioritize eco-friendly policies in products, production methods, and operation of the company so that we can pass on a beautiful environment to our descendants. I will,” he said.

Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering (DSME) was nominated by Ahn Jung-ho, president of Pan Ocean, one of the largest shipping companies in Korea, to participate in this campaign to practice the love of the sea.
