Customers Honor Hamburg Süd As “Best Shipping Line” Between Asia And Europe
This year, Hamburg Süd once again numbers among the winners of the prestigious Asian Freight, Logistics and Supply Chain (AFLAS) Awards of the shipping and logistics trade journal “Asia Cargo News.” For the second time already since 2016, Hamburg Süd was named “Best Shipping Line Asia–Europe,” with the decisive factor being the high level of customer satisfaction.
“We have long been known for the high quality of our services in our core markets of Latin America and Oceania,” says Michael Britton, General Manager Region Asia-Pacific at Hamburg Süd, at the award ceremony in Shanghai. “We are delighted that Hamburg Süd has now also been honored in the Asia–Europe trade lanes. We will continue developing our network, our capacities and our intermodal services in this trade.”
At the 2017 AFLAS Awards ceremony last year, Hamburg Süd was named “Best Green Shipping Line” for the fifth time for its achievements in the field of sustainability and environmental protection.
