Unexplained Blasts Damage Three Oil Tankers—Investigations Underway!

Three oil tankers have been damaged by unexplained explosions in different parts of the Mediterranean over the past month, raising serious concerns in the shipping industry.

The first blast hit the Greek-operated Seajewel at Italy’s Savona-Vado port, causing structural damage below the waterline. A second explosion followed minutes later.

Another tanker, Seacharm, was struck off the Turkish port of Ceyhan in late January. Details remain scarce, but sources confirm explosion damage.

The third vessel, Liberia-flagged Grace Ferrum, suffered a severe blast off Libya’s coast. The damage was so extensive that a salvage operation is now required.

Ship tracking data reveals that all three tankers had recently called at Russian ports—sparking speculation about a possible link.

Authorities have yet to determine the cause behind these explosions, but the incidents mark the first time in decades that non-military vessels have suffered such attacks in the region

With investigations ongoing and security concerns rising, one question remains: Are these isolated incidents—or the start of something bigger?
