Watch: The Successful Sea Trail Of FKAB Developed “Fure Vinga”
At the end of January, the first of six sister vessels, ordered by Gothia Tanker Alliance, returned from a successful Sea Trial to the Avic Dingheng Shipbuilding yard. This first vessel will be operated by Furetank Rederi AB.
Fure Vinga has a 16,300 DWT on design draught, is equipped with dual fuel engines for LNG operation and is ice class 1A. This vessel concept is named FKAB T24C1 and was developed by FKAB together with the owner Furetank. Through our FKAB offices in Sweden & China, we also delivered Basic Design & Detail Design to the shipyard.
