The Norwegian Escape was floated out from the Meyer Werft on 18th September  and  was then transferred to Papenburg to Eemshaven.
The Norwegian Escape is the first ship of the Breakaway PLUS class . Compared to her sister ships Norwegian Breakaway and Norwegian Getaway, she posses one extra deck . She belongs to the Norwegian Cruise Line .
