US Navy’s First Navajo-Class Towing, Salvage And Rescue Ship (T-ATS) Vessel Launched
It was a significant week at the Bollinger Houma! In just six days, the Regional Class Research Vessel (RCRV) was launched for the National Science Foundation and Oregon State University and Navajo-Class Towing, Salvage and Rescue Ship (also known as T-ATS) for the US Navy.
This is a vital milestone for both programs as the authorities prepare both vessels for the final delivery.
This is a key testament to the team at Bollinger that worked endlessly to get both programs on track after they had been acquired two years back. The team demonstrated the commitment to upholding the greatest standards in both safety and quality — the Bollinger Standard — and the team look forward to consistently delivering American-made next-gen vessels for government and commercial customers.
