US Declares Red Sea Conflict With Houthis As Largest Naval Battle Since WWII
A US Navy admiral mentioned that the ongoing war against the Houthis in the Red Sea is one of the greatest naval battles that the US has fought in many decades.
According to the Vice Admiral, one would have to go back to WWII, where they had vessels that engaged in combat. Brad Cooper told the 60 Minutes host Norah O’Donnell during an interview on Sunday.
He continued to say that when he is engaged in combat, where the others are getting shot at, they are also being shot at, and they are shooting back.
