Royal Caribbean International Awarded ‘Best Cruise Operator’ For 10th Consecutive Year
Royal Caribbean International has sailed to a new milestone with its induction into TTG Travel Awards’ Travel Hall of Fame, after winning the “Best Cruise Operator” Award for 10 consecutive years starting back in 2008.
The company received the award at the 29th Annual TTG Travel Awards 2018 ceremony in Bangkok this evening.
Angie Stephen, Managing Director, Asia Pacific of Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. who accepted the award said, “This is a very proud moment for Royal Caribbean that we wish to share with all our supporters. We are not resting on our laurels however, as we continue to live up to and deliver our award-winning cruise experience and service, by bringing our best ships such as Spectrum of the Seas to the region next year for our customers and agents.”
Royal Caribbean has consistently won the “Best Cruise Operator” Award for offering the best product, services and facilities. This is exemplified by Voyager of the Seas, one of the largest and most innovative ships in the region, now operating her longest-ever Southeast Asian season with over 70 sailings from September 2018 to June 2019.
The brand also made waves on the global cruise scene, with the delivery of another of its world’s largest and most revolutionary Oasis Class ships – Symphony of the Seas – earlier this year, sailing in Europe for the summer and in the Caribbean for the winter. Symphony of the Seas offers a collection of first-at-sea features such as the new Ultimate Family Suite which comes with a 3D movie TV room and a kid’s slide; the Ultimate Abyss, the tallest slide at sea touting a 100-foot dramatic plunge; 30 stunning TV screens on the Boardwalk that showcase games from around the world , on top of Oasis Class favourites.
