Video: Launching of Pipelaying Vessel Sapura Onix
Pipe laying vessel Sapura Ônix was launched at the Royal IHC shipyard in Krimpen aan den IJssel, near Rotterdam on Friday 1st August.
The fully integrated 550t pipelaying vessel is designed, engineered and built by Royal IHC.
SApura Onix is third of the five sister vessels ordered by Sapura Navegecao Maritima and will work in the Brazilian waters for development of deep-sea oil fields.
