Many shipping companies now offer on board internet (though often limited) allowing seafarers to stay in touch with their loved ones and access important information online. Moreover, several service providers also provide excellent internet connections near shore and in harbour. Needless to say the demand for internet on ships in increasing and the shipping companies are more inclined than ever before to offer this facility to the seafarers.

Marine Insight wants to be an integral part of this digital change in the industry and therefore has been a forerunner in offering free and valuable information to seafarers for the last five years.
